Because our products are personal care items & are opened upon delivery, we cannot ensure their quality or safety once they've been opened. As a result, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products.

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24-48 hours and we'll be happy to assist you.
